Policy

By sending payment for any and all commissions, you agree to the following:

  • Full or half payment is required up front before I start your commission. If you're not 100% satisfied with your product, please let me know, and I will make any adjustments.

  • Refunds are only available in the drafting stages and if the commission is paid for in full. 

  • Refunds will only be available after one redo during the drafting stages. 

  • Free altercations are valid up to 7 days after the final product is finished.
